1754099 - suggest strong password doesn't generate a password

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:96.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/96.0

Steps to reproduce:

Right click password input box. Select "suggest strong password"

Actual results:

I get an auto-fill style drop down to select a password from the stored passwords in the browser.

Expected results:

I would expect a new random password to be generated and populated in the password field as well as any confirm password field.
