I received an email with a calendar invite, in a time zone I'm not used to.
The information shown (subject and body) show ONLY the time in the sender's time.
This information isn't sufficient for me to accept or reject the invite.
Suggestion: When displaying an invite email, always show the suggested time in local time.
For example, this information could be added in the blue notification bar.

I'm sure this used to happen, but you're right, it is not.

The subject - that Thunderbird generates - doesn't contain a time. But google and others usually add one if they send out something.
Are you looking at the content the server generated, or the display that Tunderbird displays.
In the Thunderbird generated part, I'm seeing the local time like always.

Magnus, does this screenshot help you to understand the problem?

The invite is for 18:00 my local time, which I cannot see on screen.

It's in the details. Click the > on top to show.
We made this expanded by default in bug 1742101. (Awaiting 91 uplift.)
