To open the source URLs shown within the Rules side panel you currently either have to copy their address via the context menu or click them and then right-click the style sheet within the Style Editor and choose Open Link in New Tab.
This is a little cumbersome. Therefore I suggest to add an option to the context menu of the source URLs to directly open them in a new tab.
