Details

Click several times on the down arrow of the Component Select field until (AND NO MORE) you see the last item (URL bar & Autocomplete) in its contents. Now click 5 times more the down arrow of the Select field. Now click several times the UP arrow of the Select field. It'll only move up when you'll have made 5 up click. Build 101104 - OS X 10.1.5
Confirmed using Chimera/2002101504 on 10.1.5. Reassigning to HTML Form Controls and revising Summary.
