If you have a long TOPSRCDIR path, then running talos tests will fail because it wont be able to extract the files using unzip.exe (see attached log), even if you enable long Windows paths (unzip.exe shipped with Mozilla-Build does not seem to support long windows paths).
I was able to work around this by extracting the downloaded zip manually with 7zip (which we do ship with mozilla-build), which seems to support long windows paths.
