Steps to reproduce:

View -> Message body -> Original html
Click a message in the message list which has an attachment icon

Actual results:

I see the message in the preview pane with the "remote content" overlay at the top. The attachment bar is not visible even though the message has an attachment. It does not appear even when scrolling to the end of the message preview page.

When I click the close (X) button in the remote content overlay, the attachment bar appears in most cases. In some cases, it partially appears (the top half appears and cannot be scrolled further).

Expected results:

I expect to see the first few lines of the message in the preview pane with a persistent attachment bar at the bottom. The attachment bar should display the attachment and a save button. This should happen regardless of the remote content overlay as in earlier versions.
