Steps to reproduce:

When I open my application and change dir to "RTL", scrollbar moves to left but not aligned to the most left of the screen

Expected results:

scrollbar should be aligned to the most left and should not show space to left edge of browser, the same as you see on the LTR direction.

Here is a screenshot for the LTR direction, scrollbar aligned to most right nicely, but in the RTL screenshot you will see scrollbar has some space to the left edge of the browser.
