Please add the following task list reports for the Chrome and Cisco root store operators.

  • Open Leads
  • Open Audit Cases
  • Open Information Update Cases
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED

The above reports have been created using LWC. They are visible to Google and Cisco users on their home page under 'Root Store Task List' tab.

"Open Audit Cases" – The new component is using "CA Owner Status" in place of "Case Assigned". Mozilla and Microsoft home pages filter open audit cases on "Case Assigned".

In the "Open Audit Cases" and "Open CA Information Update Cases" reports, the links in the "Case Number" column are not working.

For example, the link is

when it should be
https://ccadb.lightning.force.com/5004o00000LteHkAAJ

Also, please remove the "Case Assigned To" column from the "Open Audit Cases" and "Open CA Information Update Cases" reports.

And for the "Open CA Information Update Cases" report, change the "Case Progress" column to "Case Request Status", and either remove the "Latest Case Comment" column, or have it show the appropriate field data for comments on this type of Case.

Comment #2 The link has been corrected.

Comment #3 "Case Assigned" has been removed from "Open Audit Cases" and "Open CA Information Update Cases" reports.

For the "Open CA Information Update Cases" report, changed the "Case Progress" column to "Case Request Status". "Latest Case Comment" column has been remove to make it similar to other Mozilla root store report.
