Actual results:

The current Firefox and Thunderbird modal print dialogues are not accessible.

Bug 1702501 removed the Firefox setting to skip to the system dialogue. Bug 1711822 removed the Thunderbird setting.

Bug 1712104 is supposed to fix this, but has not yet been implemented. In the meantime, there is no way to skip the modal.

The modal print dialogue includes a link to reach the system print dialogue, but it requires 1. knowing that the link exists, 2. carefully avoiding anything which may cause scrolling, while 3. setting focus on the bar on the right, and 4. paging down to bring the link into view.
Expected results:

The link could appear at the top of the bar to the right, so that users don't have to either scroll or set focus and page down to find it, or
-
The link could appear in its own section.
Even after bug 1712104 is fixed, it might still be useful for discoverability.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Printing' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
