Print using the system dialog… does not stay when you change the modal on about:config. and restart firefox. I want to use the old Print Box

Steps to reproduce:

about:config
print.tab_modal.enabled
Change to false
close fire fox
reopen fire fox
print
new dialog box appears not the old one

Actual results:

new dialog box appears not the old one

Expected results:

Print using the system dialog… should come on instead of the new print box
