It's possible for us to arrange for just a single collection, eg, "tabs" to sync. I believe this is likely to reset our timer for the "scheduled" full syncs. Now we are syncing tabs more often, this might mean that these "full" syncs happen far less often, meaning things like History etc aren't as fresh as they should be.

:markh I believe we're actually doing a full sync with the new increased frequency (it was determined that the increased frequency would mean there was never a heavy changeset to process). However, I believe this might be worth investigating more if we would potentially go back to only syncing the tabs engine
