Steps to reproduce:
Hello,
We use Firefox ESR 91 with a proxypac (as system proxy settings) and when connecting to an intranet page (used in all the company as homepage), it can be very slow for some users (it seems to be better with Firefox ESR 91.6.0 than it was it ESR 91.5.1 though)
Firefox seems not reading the proxypac any more and juggles between 3 or 4 addresses before reaching the homepage
Please find in some Wireshark screenshots in attachment
Mike Kaply told me by e-mail to try to modify the 'network.proxy.failover_direct' preference, this will be tested soon

NIing Shane as an FYI. Shane. Pieces of the proxy mitigation definitely went into the ESR, not sure how much.
We're waiting for them to turn off the preference to see if it helps.

Hello,
Setting network.proxy.failover_direct to false doesn't seem to fix the issue
Best regards
