We currently have three places that synced tabs are being used. With the work for MR1 pushing to get people to use more synced tabs, we'd like to be able to see how people are using the synced tabs menu to be able to focus our efforts on areas people actually use.

- Yes, it will be in Histograms.json, Scalars.yaml, Events.yaml, and the probe dictionary.
