1756302 - addon updates on TB update although Allow automatic updates is set to off

A user reports that Nostalgy++ was updated when TB updated from 91.6.0 ->91.6.1, although Allow automatic updates is set to no.

STR (most likely): install 91.6.0 and install an addon in an old version
let TB update

Installed Nostalgy 3.2.16 and disabled automatic updates. Waiting for release of 91.6.2.
