On OS X 10.2 Mozilla refuses to work on a specific G4.
Works on similar systems elsewhere.
The program starts with the splash screen saying:
"Registering native component XPConnect.shlb"
and never advances further. On the file menu you CAN quit "normally".
Tried to reinstall, remove all other versions of Mozilla etc. Nothing helps.
szekely, what build ID are you reporting this bug against?

I can confirm that it stalls on the startup screen on my machine, iMac G4 running 10.2, I
have tried all the builds listed on the mozilla main page (1.1 1.0.1 1.2, overnight builds),
and they all get to a similar point, some to "starting first window" and then stop

I am experiencing a similar problem. For me I can't quit normally. I have to
use "Force Quit". I can get it to go away by creating a new profile, but it
comes back periodically.
OS: Mac OS X 10.2
Mozilla versions: 1.0 - 1.2.1
szekely, can you still reproduce this problem using a current nightly build?

Resolving due to lack of response from reporter
please reopen if the problem persists with a new build of Mozilla
