Mozilla doesn't opens browser/mail window for user #2
if under user #1 any mozilla's window is already opened.

This bug presents only in ALL 1.2x versions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login as "user1" under WinXP
2.Open any mozilla's window (browser/mail)
3.Use "Fast User Switching" to login as "user2"
4.Try to open Mozilla (QuickLaunch, CommandLine/Shortcut)

Same reporter reported the duplicate - Importing comment with additional info:

"Under secondary logon (XP's fast user switching) mozilla can't open any window
(browser, mail/news) if installation was done under another login.
Mozilla's process remains in memory but not answers until killing.
Also bookmark sidebar do not shows under secondary logon ("not ready yet").

This problem appears from 1.2x version of mozilla, but versions 1.0 and 1.1
works fine."
Alexey, are you still experiencing this problem using Mozilla 1.3b or later?
No, this problem disappears.

Works fine under "fast user switching" with several (per user) copies of Mozilla
in same time.
