1756620 - Remove devtools/shared/compatibility/dataset/browsers.json

When Bug 1754946 lands, devtools/shared/compatibility/dataset/browsers.json shouldn't be used anymore and can be removed.
We should also update the update script to not reference it, and point to the new script that was added.

The file is not used anymore since we switched to RemoteSettings
to store this dataset.
