Details

Currently when someone creates a new intermediate certificate record, or clicks on the "Add/Update PEM Info" button, there is a check to warn the user when the certificate is technically constrained.

The warning says:

This certificate is considered to be technically-constrained. All data that you enter into the CCADB will be publicly available, so please make sure you do not enter sensitive information that should not be published.
<checkbox> I understand, proceed anyways.

Please remove that check and warning, because root stores are requiring CAs to add intermediate certificates to the CCADB that are considered to be technically-constrained. And the warning on the CCADB home page already tells users not to add sensitive information to the CCADB.

The check for technically constrained cert has been removed from the code. These change have been deployed in production.
