175676 - Clicking on US download links produces no result. IE on the same machine can download the file.

When I simply click on a link, I get a dialog saying
"C:\windows\temp\<randomname>.exe could not be saved because source file cannot
be read. Try again or contact the server administartion"

When I pick "Save link Taregt as"  from context menu, I get prompted for the file 
name, after which nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the given URL
2.Click on the second of the links next to US flag
(ftp://ftp.us2.nero.com/Nero55914.exe)


Actual Results:  
The dialog that pops up us described in "Details"

Expected Results:  
Prompted me for file name and downloaded a file

This site uses a mouse-over popup to download size and expected time.
I have to repeat that IE worked.

I'll look for possible placeholders in FTP tomorrow.
