Preconditions:
Check "Open previous Windows and Tabs" in about:preferences

[Steps to reproduce]

1. Reach the 9gag.com page and scroll down a bit.
2. Close the Firefox browser while the 9gag tab is in View.
3. Close and Reopen Firefox with the same profile and scroll down.

[Expected result]
The 9gag page should be restored and fully loaded after restart.

[Actual result]
The 9gag page only partially loads.
Please note that sometimes only the second time restarting Firefox will cause this issue to happen.
Also note that sometimes the Page only loads after a long time has passed, 10-15 seconds.
