Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:97.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/97.0
Steps to reproduce:
It happens on it own, but the most easy way for me to recreate is by opening a lot of tabs on https://www.pixiv.net/en/, or by going on https://www.viz.com/shonenjump, opening a comic, and dragging the tab.
Actual results:
The image images start to break up be displayed on the wrong, and flash constantly every time I scroll or click on something after wards.
Expected results:
The images should be displayed normally and not flash.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Panning and Zooming' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Can you provide a screen shot or video capture showing what it looks like when the problem happens?

Sounds like this may be graphical tearing, often solved by enabling hardware acceleration. Could you navigate to about:support in the browser and post its contents as well please?

Does this bug also occur with https://nightly.mozilla.org?

See comment 5. Given this is 91, you still have the option to disable WebRender via the gfx.webrender.force-disabled pref. Does it work if you flip that pref to true and restart?

I fixed the problem by turning off hardware acceleration on both waterfox, and firefox. Sorry about the bad data I actually use both fire and waterfox, but I was using waterfox less, and have only been using it to read emails lately, so I forgot I replied on waterfox.
