1757022 - Copy text to clipboard regularly fails, requires "Refresh Firefox"

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:96.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/96.0

Steps to reproduce:

In Firefox:
Selected some plaintext on any given page.
Ctrl-C (or right-click, select "Copy")

Open text editor:
Ctrl-V (or right-click, select "Paste")

Actual results:

Nothing

Expected results:

The text that was selected and (presumably) copied to the clipboard should have been pasted into the text editor.

Plugins disabled.

After I "Refresh Firefox", copying to clipboard works as expected. However, after a few days it fails again.
