Explain better key acceptance in import screen

During the usability tests in February, the most novice of the 7 test participants, wondered what accepting a key meant in the import screen. They ended up accepting by lack of better option.
I'm not sure that how we want our users to relate to key acceptance, at least as long as we provide "undecided" as an alternative to choose from.
The import screen should do a better job at explaining what accepting a key means. Together with the resolution screen of the Key Assistant, the import screen is the most important place where to educate users about key acceptance.
