I don't have the acrobat reader plugin for browsers installed on purpose, so the
action that Phoenix should take should be to prompt to save/view the file and
download the data.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL above
2. Under overhead transparencies, click access control pdf (not postscript).
Actual Results:
Phoenix locked up.
Expected Results:
...the action that Phoenix should take should be to prompt to save/view the file
and download the data.
Talkback didn't start when the crash occured

Ok, on Win2k sp2 running acrobat 5.0, selecting "access control" pdf worked just
fine. Acrobat opened up within the Phoenix browser
Using browser nightly from the morning of Oct 21, 2002.
So one question I have is, do you have Acrobat Reader installed? Maybe there's
another app specified to handle pdf files?
Also how much space do you have available on your disk? In %TEMP%?

If you are using Adobe Reader 6.0, it takes longer to start than previous
version and gives the illusion of a lockup.
