Just confirming - we'll be pulling back all owner/member permissions, archiving all repos, and marking the org as inactive. (Similar to https://github.com/mozilla-b2g)
Please confirm that understanding, and we can get started on it.

Alright, all users removed, repos archived, and settings set for cold storage. There's some other work to finish, but that's tracked over in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/IO-2110
