Includes several fixes:

8e3c4c1 - server: Clean up device_collection_change_callbacks registration on Drop.
c6051cd - cmsg: Clean up decode_handles by returning ArrayVec.
48627e2 - Handle up to 2 fds per decoded cmsghdr buffer.
23542e3 - client: Clean up and remove unnecessary clones.
f60f2d4 - Simplify stream SharedMem configuration between server/client.
c81e96f - Use separate rpc Proxy clones for each of ServerStreamCallbacks's callbacks.
2bd2440 - Don't try to wake_connection in Proxy::drop if event loop was never connected.
3e1f2f1 - ipccore: Handle interrupted Poll::poll() in EventLoop::poll().
