We're currently using a focus ring with half transparency to help it look different from the "not found" outline in case the focus color is close to that. This is backwards. We should instead make the "not found" indicator not look like a focus ring.

Setting to access-s4 because this is an existing feature with a minor defect that does not greatly impact accessibility. Although the change is welcome news!
