I went to do the 2022.03.02 deploy (bug #1757737) and tagged 2022.03.02 and pushed it to GitHub. However, CircleCI didn't run the workflow and so it didn't do the deploy.
This is not great.

I did a 2022.03.02-2 prod deploy and that worked. Marking as FIXED.
