Steps to reproduce:

1. Reach https://www.nih.gov/
2. Click in the search field (upper right corner).

Expected Results:

The field borders should be displayed accordingly.

Actual Results:

The field right border is cut off.

Note: The issue is not reproducible in Chrome or Edge.
