It would be nice if the window dragging spaces|titlebar-spacer| could be drop target for links, tabs, etc.

It would be nice if the window dragging space|titlebar-spacer| could be drop target for links, tabs, etc.
Steps to reproduce:
- Drop links and tabs into the window dragging spaces|titlebar-spacer|
Actual results:
Drop Operation is disallowed.
Expected results:
Tabs are added/moved to the beginning/end of the tab bar so that it can be without scroll the tabbbar(it can be speed up).
