Steps to reproduce:

White flash when

opening a new window by moving a tab out of its window.
closing a window.
starting Firefox.

Actual results:

Chrome has the problem when opening a window. But when closing a window, at least its content area is black.

Expected results:

It would be nice if the window could be (at least) black in this case.

Removing security flag, as this is not a security problem.
