10/21 Win2000 commercial trunk build. 1.) Visit the above URL. 2.) When the expired cert dialog appears, click OK. What happens: The dialog is still there. This expired web site cert works fine - https://pki.mcom.com:9100/tests.html

Here is another site with the same problem - https://lists.sistina.com/ Both sites, when viewed in the cert viewer, have identical "Issued to" and "Issued by" CN, OU, and O, (although each site has different CN, OU and O from the other site). They both also have serial number 00.
