We are looking to take advantage of the GitHub deployments feature and would like to start creating and updating deployments on the mozilla/fxa repository as they are rolling out. Request Bug

Github Deployments

This interaction will be added to our Jenkins pipeline, it looks like the recommended method of authorizing these actions is with a Github App limited to the repo_deployment OAuth Scope

:dlactin -- let's chat off bug -- I have several questions which aren't all related to the GitHub App part :D

After off bug discussion, OAuth perms are not needed -- everything will be handled between the GitHub app and the supported repository.
