Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to Home Page
2.Search with data
3.Click on submit buttons
Actual results:
1.Search bar is visible when no data display
Expected results:
1.There is no point of showing the search bar when there is no data. So once the user has the data in the table, then we should give him the ability to search. Till then, the search bar can be in the disabled state.
