Linux 7.3 locale=ja-JP
1. Create a card and add it to Address Book no matter with Personal or Collected
2. Select File/Print Address Book
3. Check File to Print to:
4. Specify Folder/File name having DBCS to File:
Or click Choose File button then select file having DBCS Folder/File name
5. Click Print button
6. You will have an error dialog saying "There was a problem printing. The
output file could not be opened".
Summary: Address Book: Unzble to print out to file having DBCS folder/file name. → Address Book: Unable to print out to file having DBCS folder/file name.

I cannot reproduce on CentOS 5.4 with Thunderbird 3.1
Although old code used xprint, it was removed. We should close as WFM.
