Per discussion with :clouserw (mozilla-internal Google doc), we have some clutter in the firefox_accounts dataset that are confusing to users.

IIRC, the activity_flow_metrics and amplitude_event schemas were never used and we can entirely delete those schemas and related tables.

Also, we have an account_ecosystem view related to the Account Ecosystem Telemetry (AET) effort that was retired, so we can likely delete the relevant schema and tables as well.
