17588 - Non-localizble style setting

Will this stylesheet be part of the beta/RTM build? If so, will the
following line

http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/editor/ui/composer/content/EditorStyles1.css#35

cause "Chapter" to appear in the UI. If so, please either entitize it
in the DTD or externalize it property file and dynamically set the
value in runtime.

Otherwise, just mark it INVALID.

Beth, is there any way we can help you? We are planning to localize beta 1, and
M13 is too late to deal with new strings (at least, I'm trying to minimize
them). Please, let us know if you need any help, but we'd need this by M12.

will see in a release build.
