Error indicated the file "could not be saved, because the source file could not be read." Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.see above 2. 3. Actual Results: Error message from details section is displayed Expected Results: Downloaded the file, perhaps using download manager...

Hey, sorry about the duplicate. I did a search, but apparently chose the wrong search terms as I didn't see 171441. It appears I'm not the first to have missed it...
