Details

Steps to reproduce:

After latest updates, simply clicked on the firefox icon. It doesn't launch it anymore.
Restarted the Rasppi and retried: same problem.
Even removed and reinstalled the snap firefox package again: same problem.

Actual results:

Only text "Firefox Web Browser" appears on top left bar of the desktop with the spinning icon, and it stays there forever, nothing else happens. Firefox browser window never shows up, and it used to, but I have run latest updates every so often.

My Raspberry PI 4 (8GB RAM version) currently has:
Ubuntu 21.10, with Linux kernel 5.13.0-1020-raspi
Firefox version is 98.0, full version is:
Mozilla Firefox 98.0 20220305084047 20220305084047

Using the Raspberry PI 4 with HDMI connected to a Yamaha AV receiver and from there to an LG OLED TV. (hdmi config settings needed to be changed accordingly in /boot/firmware/config.txt.)

Expected results:

Open the Firefox browser window for me to start using it.
