The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sync' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

We're sorry to hear you are having this problem, but thanks very much for taking the time to make this report. The log you attached just shows a network error that is probably transient and related to your network, so isn't related to the actual problem you are seeing. but Sync does keep additional logs which may help us find the problem. Instructions for how to locate and attach the logs can be found at https://wiki.mozilla.org/CloudServices/Sync/File_a_desktop_bug - and in particular, follow the instructions for enabling "success" logs, then reproduce your issue (eg, perform a new sync), and attach any new logs which then appear.
