175982 - Procedure entry point error on sending mail

When sending mail I get and entry point error message when sending mail. The
mail is sent after ther OK box is clicked.  This happens with or without an
attachment.
The message is:
The Procedure entry point ??InsAVLTree@@QAE@XZ could not be located in the
dynamic link library xpcom.dll

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compose mail, then click the send button
2.Error message comes up.  
3. Click the OK to close error box and then email is sent.

Actual Results:  
System opeates normally

Expected Results:  
No error message

Spell checker was installed on 1.2a but I have not reinstalled it on 1.2b
