The bookmarks are re-arranged within themselves when selected and dragged to the top or bottom of the selection. This bug was discovered when working on Bug 390752.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Select 3 bookmarks in the bookmark manager
- Drag the selected bookmarks to the top of the first selected bookmark
- The selected bookmarks are re-arranged
