I'm going to try to resolve this by uplifting the remaining parts of Bug 1745492 that didn't make the cutoff for 100.

The fix for Bug 1758259 is probably the most necessary, and I've also requested that uplift.

I'm sorry, everyone, I understand now that this is an issue in central and not something that needs uplift to beta. I'll sort it out.

These Windows swgl tests no longer need the expanded fuzziness for asan or
beta builds. They can use the same fuzziness levels as other platforms.
