red rings indicate the 2 incorrect single scroll-arrows

sounds like bug 56488 about Mac OS 9 and missing arrows

bug 56488 is not the same thing
bug 56488 is about the arrows being written in the wrong place
this is about Mozilla not registering that it has to draw double arrows
the single arrows that are drawn are correctly placed

changed the summary to a more general title

this is also seen i the following windows:
1) mail composer
2) the window you get when double-clicking on an email

I guess it's the same root cause i all three cases :-)
But! do you want it split into separate bug-report ???
