Error appears in build 2002101612 under Win2k:

Drag and drop a bookmark group from the Bookmark Manager onto an open browser
window's content area.

Expected result: Bookmark group loads in target window.
Acutal result: "NC is not a registered protocol" error box pops up.

(Also, possibly related bug: dragging and dropping a bookmark group from a
folder on the Personal Toolbar has no effect and fails to close the folder menu
after drop)
>Expected result: Bookmark group loads in target window.
>Acutal result: "NC is not a registered protocol" error box pops up.

Confirmed on Max OSX

Don't know if it sheds any light on the subject, but dragging and dropping a
separator from the Bookmark Manager to the content area of a browser window has
the same effect.
Also confirmed for Build 20021126 under Win98SE
Confirmed on build 2002121215 under WinXP.
Confirmed on build 2003011604 under Win2k.
Confirmed on 1.3 Final under Win2K

Problem no longer manifests under 1.5 Alpha-- browser has no reaction to dragged
group. It probably ought to open the contents in tabs, but no reaction is much
better than an error and is what this bug is about. Marking FIXED.
