User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:98.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/98.0
Steps to reproduce:
Log into Amazon and go to web page:
Web Page: https://www.amazon.com/gp/css/order-history?ref_=nav_orders_first
Actual results:
Web page goes into a permanent loop without displaying previous orders.
Notes:
The web page (see attached) has lots of Java code and calls to chrome.
The web page works with the Internet Explorer that comes with Windows 10 Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1586)
Expected results:
Web Page should display previous orders.

Hi Mark,
Could you please check if your previous orders are displayed while you are using Firefox in troubleshooting mode?
Here is a link that can help you with that: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode
Thank you!

We worked through this and found an accepted solution on Mozilla Connect. The solution is to clear the Amazon cookies.
Below is the link to the Mozilla Connect thread with the accepted solution.
