Steps to Reproduce:
- On macOS, view an HDR video like https://bug1495025.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=9012925.
- Drag the tab and view the preview image under the draggable tab.
Expected Results:
The preview image should look like a small version of the original tab contents.
Actual Results:
The preview image colors are shifted and the image appears tiled relative to the original image.
