Clicking on a download link produces this message:

"<temp_filename> could not be saved, because the source file could not be found."

<temp_filename> is the TMP environment concatenated with a random filename. It 
looks like the temporary target name is being used instead of the source name.
The full URL is "http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/new/gcc-3.0.4-os2.zip".
  Sometimes the file can be downloaded using shift-click on the link.
Please _always_ say what build you are using.  Always.
