Details

I am using Build ID:2002101612 on Windows 2000.  I just installed this build
(the 1.2 beta) and now, whenever I try to download something, I get an error
message: "There was an error downloading the requested file.  The source file
could not be read."  I know that the problem isn't on the other end, because I
downloaded the file just fine with IE6.  In a related problem, I am unable to
save images from webpages.  I used to be able to right-click on and image, click
"save image", click "Save" in the dialog box, and have the image saved.  Now, I
go through all of the steps, but the image doesn't get saved.

Please respond to me with a solution.  Thank you.
