http://www.oakley.com is the offending page. I'm not sure what it is about the page, and I have yet to find another page that does this, but no keyboard shortcuts work when viewing the page. In fact, I can cycle through my tabs until I hit the tab with the Oakley page, and then I'll be forced to stop cycling since the shortcut no longer works. Reproducable: Always. Instructions: Go to the URL http://www.oakley.com and try to open a new window or tab, cycle to a new tab, jump to the location bar, etc. None will work. Keyboard shortcuts still work in other tabs, with no issues.
Looks like a focus issue... (clicking on URLBar returns functionality)
WFM 20021115 on WinXP. All keyboard shortcuts work. Are you still experiencing this problem with a new build?
WFM 2002111804 Win2k I was seeing the problem before.

I still have the problem. Try navigating the site for a while. Specifically: 1) Go to Oakley.com 2) Click on the 'watches' link. 3) Click on a watch. 4) Try to use a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-N and Ctrl-W are good ones to test.) Reproducable: Always. Using Mozilla 1.2 under WinXP.
